Low carbs
I had been eating a lot of soup but it's got so much sodium raises my BP too high even the low sodium soups. I switched to cottage cheese but getting tired of it fast. Any ideas on low carb fast easy food for lunches? I work 50 hours + so it's been hard fitting it good food during the day but so far so good just need more ideas.

Low Carb Soup
Make your own soups. They are extremely easy, taste and bunch better than canned or prepackaged and you control how much salt to put in.
When you make the soup, enter the ingredients into the "Recipe Maker" on this site, save it and it will tell you the nutrient content of your soup.
I do this with most things I eat and am losing weight quite nicely.

Hey thanks alot never thought of that. Thats a great idea. I love soup and it was working for me too but just way too much sodium.
