Milestone achievement
Not at my goal yet, but I've lost over 50 lbs in the last 7 months, and broke the 200 lb mark for the first time in 15+ years. I'm now on my last 11 lbs to my goal weight of 185, which will be the least I've weighed in about 25 years!.

Congratulations!
Good work on your achievements to date! I'm a bit more than halfway to my goal of losing 50 lbs this calendar year. I'm really quite impressed with your success and given what I've been through since I've joined FitClick in April, I can appreciate that you have gotten there with 'dedication to the cause'. We often slip up during weekends and holidays, but the trick to get back into the game.
When I reach my goal of 180 lbs by December (I'm pacing myself a little more slowly than you are, obviously), I will weigh less than I have in about 9 years. I plan to set another goal for the following year (preliminary thoughts are to aim for 160 lbs before December 2011, but we'll see what makes sense in 6 months).
Keep up the great work!
P.S. I'm also in Ottawa. :)

...for the compliments. It feels good to be where I'm at, although there's still more to go  . I'm looking forward to reaching my goal in a few more weeks, and the sooner the better.
