Motivation to lose weight
I embarked on my skinny coach plan with Dr Tiffany Wright 5 months ago.I was nearly 80 pounds overweight.I have lost 56 pounds over that period.My motivation is not letting my coach down and not to backtrack on my success so far.I think using a plan that is abstinence based is a lot easier than eating with moderation and this helps keep me motivated.

I understand what you mean about abstinence vs. moderation! There are certain foods that just "trigger" me and now that I have just given them up completely and replaced them with other options I have less binging and more control :)
