Mushooms
Someone was telling me about going mushroom picking. Was it Wendy or Jody perhaps? In any event, I would like to try it but I am terrified of poisoning myself by eating a toadstool. Anyone with tips or who can refer me to a good website or book about finding edible mushrooms in the wild (or even growing them myself - we have a wooded area) would be greatly appreciated.

It was me Lynne, I just know from years of hunting them with my mom what to look for. It's fun to do and yummy when you find them great exercise too!!! They are out of season now here. They only come up right when spring hits with all the rain right before Easter!!!
