hi everyone. I am new to this site but not new to this struggle. I recently joined a program at my gym called waist away which is based on the biggest loser. I lost 2 pounds last week but gained this week, i have been working hard i have upped my workout to 4 days a week with fewer calories. It is really discouraging, i know it is alright cause your body adjusts but its just so hard. So i figured maybe this site will help will help with my motivation. Hope to hear from you all. Be patient. Since you are not new to the rollercoaster ride of weight issues, you know a mix of gym routines works best. It is said that you should have 1g of protein for every pound you weigh. This will help you lose weight and tone much easier. If you are like me, then we know it isn't possible to actually eat that many proteins in a day. I suggest a great supplement called "Pro Energy" to help you get that added protein you need! Maybe try eating a few less calories a day for a week or two to see if that might help move things along? Keep a positive attitude and check back in with your progress!
