NEWBY
I am new to this. i recently thought i would try a sugar free diet. But i am 20 and what 20 year old lives without sugar?!?! i decided instead to limit my calorie intake which will also require me to eat less sugar. so that will be a win win situation! i need some inspiration. Anyone in the same boat i am in? even if your not i am good at giving and recieving advice!

If you take advice from me, you'll take it from anybody
Welcome, we are newbys on the same day . . . I signed up, then immediately baked cookies. . . (for an event) so I don't know how valid my input will be . . . (I only ate 3!!!)

I am working on the Eat Clean way of life (not a diet, yeah, right) which is very similar to Weight Watchers . . . eat often, but pick high water content foods like fruits and veggies, DRINK WATER, and move whenever you can. Be aware of portion sizes and when the sugar goes in . . . get over it, drink water, MOVE and keep going.
