I'm looking for support from any one who can understand the workouts and fibromyalgia.

have you tried chiropractic treatment for body pain and joint pain? In my point of view, the main goal of chiropractic care is to restore your health over the long term, rather than to relieve your symptoms over the short term. So my Tamworth chiropractor would ask me how I move throughout the day (standing, sitting, walking) and how I sleep at night. His joint manipulation works right for me.
