Pre-Workout
Sometimes I feel a little sluggish in the morning before I train. Do you have a remedy to get the metal focus and intensity for training.

Ahhhhhhh
I wanna know too!!!! Sometimes drinking "high octane" (caffinated rather than decaf) coffee works---but I sure hate doing that! Can't wait to read some of the responses----
