Hey Guys,
New to the website but wanted to get you a workout as quick as I could. I struggle with maintaining my weight but have posted something that has worked for me in the past. It's intense and requires about 1:40 a day but it works and it works fast. Within 2 weeks, you will see a difference and within 4 weeks, you will be in monumentally better shape than when you started. Get ready to work til muscle failure and wake up early for cardio most mornings. If you can engage your mind for 90 days, you will have a new body. Good Luck and I'll be right there with you.
