I started this topic to suggest that a Tools and Calculators tab be added to the site. Anyone who has any suggestions for different types of web-based calculators to help people calculate fitness related things such as when i was inputting my diet nutrient preferences, I had do some googling to find all those mathematical formulas for figuring out what nutrient intake goals I should set based on my age, height, weight, goals, activity level, all that stuff. It would be nice to have all the calculators associated with workouts and diets as a part of this site.

I could think of a bunch of fitness calculators to add, but I'll just suggest one and let other people suggest some other ones.

TOOL SUGGESTION: Add a Heart Rate Zone Training Calculator so I just input my age, and resting heart rate and gender and it calculates my max heart rate and gives me my target heart rate interval for each of the cardio training zones. I could google it to figure it out sice there are since there are sites out there, but it would be nice to do it from a single site, this site.
