Tracking Water Intake
Some of you wanted to track water intake so we added "water" as a nutrient that can be tracked. To add this to your dailt Diet Score Card simply click on the "Edit Targets" link in the Diet Score Card at the top of the Diet Tracker page.
When you land on the Edit Nutrient Targets page, click on the Add Nutrients arrow to expand the box and see the nutrient list. Select "Water" to add it to your diet score card. Set the level of water intake you want and then just track water along with your other food items.

This is awesome!
I love this addition because the whole premise of tracking food intake is to raise awareness and have accountability--at least for me. So adding this super important area is really helpful-thanks!

How to track walking
Can you please help me if possible. How do i add walking. I walk every morning and i don't know how to add that so it calculates into my day. Sorry for budding in.

How do you TRACK your water intake?
I see where you can ADD it to your nutrients you track, but how do you actually ADD or ENTER a glass of water that you drink? I have looked and looked and can't seem to locate this anywhere? I see where to add foods and even enter new foods but nothing for water.

Nevermind
I found it by drilling down through all the foods and into beverages. This works, but it sure is a pain. Isn't there an easier way? Like I've seen on some sites where they have a little glass of water icon and each time you click on it it adds an 8oz. serving of water to your intake for the day. Might be a nice thing to have on here since (hopefully for most of us) it's something we would be entering quite often.

water
I found tap water when i clicked on search. Then added as favorites and it automatically tallys it up top too. Hope this helps.

please add water icon/tally to diet list
i too wish the diet tracker had an easier just click on a glas water to add ea. 8oz. glass of water. i find it super important to easily track this important intake daily.
