I've finally got rid of my insomnia, so I'd like to share my 2 cents about it. First, it's important to figure out what's causing it so you can address the root cause. Some meditation or mindfulness exercises before bed always work great. Then my doctor advised me to try dodow. Have you heard of it? It's a device that helps people fall asleep faster by using a breathing exercise. Check this out if you wanna know how does dodow work? So, since I got it, my wife and I have not had a single sleepless night, tbh. I mean, I didn't even expect that little thing could help me fall asleep. How do you fight your insomnia?
