Some days I walk/jog, another day strength training with either weights or resistance bands. I play softball once a week and I take a zumba class weekly. I mix the exercise around.

Consistency... daily keeping the calorie balance in check... never stopping the learning process... making adjustments to keep things interesting and recovering from slip-ups quickly.

I agree also-
The journey is the reward. It's bumpy at times, and smooth at others. Just knowing that you must always be aware of what you are doing, is the only long term solution. It works it just takes time. Here is a great analogy to health, fitness and well being-Even those who climb mountains, know...that the ascention to the top is only half the endeavor. One still has to make it down safely, off the mountain.
