BMR Calculator
Our BMR Calculator takes daily activity levels into account and is based on the Harris-Benedict formula. When using the Calorie Calculator Tool to calculate your BMR, please be sure to click on the Harris-Benedict option under Advanced Options as the default option is currently set to the Mifflin-St Jeor formula. You should then see similar BMR values on both the calculator and the home page.
We are updating the page so that it defaults to the correct forumla.

BMR includes activity level
Hi. The FitClick BMR has your standard activity level included (i.e. sedentary - desk job, moderately active, etc.) so to get it to tie with the calorie calculator you need to set the calorie calculator to the proper activity level as well as use the Harris - Benedict formula.

Use the Net Calories Graph on your home page
To keep track of where you are in terms of your net calories just refer to the Net Calories Graph on your home page. It consolidates your calories eaten and then deducts your BMR calories and your workout calories burned to show you whether your are on the proper weight loss pace. Keep up the good work.
