spot reductions are really a myth -- losing belly fat is all part of exercise and diet modifications
i would increase the intensity of your workout -- a harder circuit training plan would help. on the cardio side, walking on a steep incline over a longer time period should help burn fat (i like to add that at the end of my strength workout). on the diet side, try cutting out some fattening items. not all, just some (unfortunately most likely the ones you like best)
