how do i avoid binge eating and stay motivated
i am a 33 year old mother and wife. for most of my adult life i have been overweight. in december of last year i watched a weight loss show and became disgusted with my weight. i started a diet and exercise program, mostly eating less than 800 calories a day and exercising to the point of exaustion.3 months and 30lbs less i quit. not only did i put on the 30 lbs, i gained 40lbs in total. i am so unhappy, i have turned into a binge eater. i hide around corners eating my kids snacks. i eat when i am not even hungry.i love longer have a sex life, my husband insists he's too tired.i am tired of this life. how do i begin, where do i start?

You can do it
Most poeple respond to weight gain by starting a low calorie diet. Without exercise, a diet may be inefective and actually increase the amount of fat your body is likely to store. About 25% of weight lost from a low calorie diet is lean muscle tissue leading to a slower metabolism. Over 90% of those who begin a low calorie diet without exercise, gain back more weight than they started. The worst part of this process is much og the lean muscle tissue lost while dieting is replaced by fat. The best way to deal with unwanted flab begin a exercise program which includes both weight training for increase lean muscle tissue. Aerobic activity to burn fat and secondly, a monitored and ballanced nutritional intake.
The best way to begin join Curves, I'm not a rep or owner lol I've seen alot of fantastic results. Get the junk food out of your house so when you do feel like a snack have fruit or veggies. You have fitclick to monitored your diet. Go slow 800 calories not enough you should eat at least 1100. 1-2 lbs a week is best, time to change you can do it.
