permanent "edit"
Another feature that would be useful would be the ability to permanently remove or swap an exercise from your program.
For example, Cable Pushdowns keep coming up on my workouts, but I don't have the equipment to perform them and so have to delete or swap them out every time.
So it'd be nice if there was some way I could tell it to stop including that particular exercise.
Thanks,
Brian

aaaand...
It'd be nice if when you swapped out an exercise, it gave some weight/rep suggestions. I just switched out the Cable Pushdowns for Lying Triceps Extensions, but really have no idea what kind of weight I should be using.
I'm really enjoying this site. Keep up the great work. :)
Thanks,
Brian

permanent edit
both of those are very hard -- permanent sub is something that has been requested a lot -- unfortunately it involves rebuilding the software. that's on the list, but it involves a lot of time and effort so we're unsure when we'll get to it.
estimated prescription for swap is also tricky under the current platform. will look into it though.

meal plans too?
I assume this applies to the meal plans as well?
I just discovered this site today and am impressed. One of the toughest parts of healthy eating for me is the meal planning. The more effort I have to put in to figuring out what to eat - the more likely I will end up picking the "easy" option like fast food.
In order for the meal plan tool to be most helpful, I would be able to delete suggested foods so that they are never suggested again. For instance, I hate seafood. I never want seafood to be on my meal plan. If it is on my plan, I'll have to swap it out. If I have to spend 45 minutes swapping out meals for my meal plan each week, it makes me that more likely to not properly plan my meals for the week.
I think this is an important feature for both the meal plan and exercise plan modules.

diet edits
the same doesn't apply on the diet side. you can delete foods that you don't like. even better, the diet app gets smarter the more you use it -- learning from your swaps to prescribe more items that you've already used
many users simply track their meals and try to stay within certain macronutrient ranges and calorie levels -- because getting a prescribed diet is more difficult to maintain
