serving sizes
I just signed up and am planning on following The Good Carb Diet vegetarian plan. I have a question on serving sizes. In my diet tracker it lists French Lentil Soup. Under the Amount column it says 2 servings. I am understanding that to mean that I am to eat 2 servings. So how much is a serving? Confused.

French Lentil Soup servings
Hi mschreiter. Good question. In your diet tracker you can always swap in different measurement type (i.e. servings, oz., grams, etc.) for foods/recipes that you have a feel for in terms of quantity. To the right of the food/recipe click the amount link, this will allow you to swap the measurement type. For French Lentil Soup, 2 servings is about 23 oz (almost two soda cans worth). Thanks.
