Well, after a day of tracking my intake, as well as beginning my 45 minute cardio session, I slept great last night. Hopefully this is an indicator of good things to come. Starting with the weights today. I just have to move things around to get to my bench.

I am hoping that this new tool will be successful in helping hold myself accountable for what I eat, and how I exercise. With work, family, and overall health concerns, I want to do what I can to put myself back into the best shape I can be in. While I am not grossly oveweight, I want to be able to walk without consciously holding my stomach in, to run and not be winded, and to do everyday tasks and not be sore the next day.
