I'm glad to see that such a resouceful website is available for free. I've paid for sites that offered less. My favoirite feature is the work out plans. Very cool. Lately I've been losing a bit of weight, but I need to tone up some areas. I'm also training for my first 10K. I've been doing well with keeping a physical food journal and I agree that it helps tremendously with being mindful of what you eat. I'd love to say that in six months I have no clothes that fit me because I've shrunk. Setting goals are important. So, by the end of this month I'd like to say that I weight 165. Very doable...and even if I come close I'm making progress...
