My New LIfe

This my first day with this site. I feel alittle over whelmed. What a Powerful tool. My goal is to start Jan 4th 2010 at my local YMCA . I plan to take my computer with me to give me direction. In the mean time I will continue to start planning my diet and workout. I will enter every week my success and failures.

The last couple days I have been to the doctor for the pain in my shoulders and arms. Do to my inactivity I have been told to have froozen shoulder. Today I took my first step to getting healthy. I went to the gym and spent 1 hr working on the random bike and some weight machines. Boy I'm really out of shape. It was hard to stay for 1 hour. My goal is to spend two hrs a day working on my body. But already my froozen shoulder fills better.
