Day #1

Today was the first day In my journey in losing weight. I have never really been a big person growing up but in the last 5 years I have gained a very large amount of weight between stress, overeating and having a baby I have gained at the least 100 pounds Putting me at 220 pounds. I have tried several diets and have failed miserably. But now I am forcing myself to get back on the horse and try again. Tonight I worked out for about 30 minutes total starting with a stretch then moving into a 10 minute carido (which btw kicked my butt) and to end the exercise and cool down I did a 10 minute yoga routine. afterwards I took a shower and I have never felt more energetic. So my plan is to do the same exercise for the next couple of weeks and then move on adding new exercises to my routine. also for the next couple months I'm going to stick to chicken, turkey, fish, fruits and veggies and drink soy milk instead of whole, wheat bread instead of white and drink the 8 glasses of water I should be drinking anyways.
