Hello! Today is my first step to becoming a better me! I have figured out my total fat percentage (45%, laaame), and my suggested calorie intake per day (which is around 930, but it will increase as I exercise more). I joined because I realized I can't do it by myself. I've had a lot of talk with my friends about going to the gym, but no action.
It makes me sad in pants. T_T
So, I'm going to do it alone, but NOT by myself. I have YOU GUYS, and your blogs and the groups and all the other things in here (the meal suggestions are VERY yummy sounding!).
We need to cheer each other on as we accomplish our goals! I have 50lbs of fat to lose, and I need everyones happy thumbs up!
