Slow and Steady

Well, since I've started I have been losing weight at a slow but steady pace. I try not to weigh myself too much because my wife says I'm becoming obsessed. She may be right but I'll never tell. Still having a beast of a time waking up at 4:30am. Luckily tomorrow is a gym off day. Then off to the races the rest of the week. By this time next year I will be a slim and tone 180 pounds. I need to get myself some good multi-vitamins Anyway, I'm done rambling for now.
