So with 20lbs down and at least another 20lbs. to go (if not more) I am feeling good. I'm down two pants sizes and am starting to notice a difference in the way some of my clothes fit. And people around me are starting to comment on the fact that i look like I'm losing weight (which is always what you want to hear) Now with valentines day looming i need to find a healthy balance between not going too crazy and enjoying a night out with my Husband and friends. I have also started something i have always secretly always wanted to do - i have become a runner...well one in progress at least. I have started slowly but i try to run as much as i can and then walk for a bit then run again so hopefully over time i will be able to run the full time and a couple miles at a time without feeling like I'm going to pass out. I have a good friend i have known for years and she has always been a "runner" and cant even go two days without at least running a couple miles - my ultimate goal would to one day run with her and not look like the tortoise and the hair.
