Party On!!...and maintain weight loss goals.

Whoo Hooo....i managed to go to a party n survive!!! There was lots of delicious fattening foods there from..barbecue ribs,chicken dipped in thick gravies,corn bread,brownies n all sorts of putting on the pounds food!! But i had no worries....i ate a good helping of collard greens before i went to the party n filled up on water...and when i got there....i socalized n sampled all the healthier things! I thought ahead of time a already had a certain amount of calories set aside for drinks n food. And since i wasnt famished i was able to make good choices that fit into my caloric intake. Now i know i can go anywhere to"Party ON!!", and still maintain my goals weight loss goals!!
