HELP ME OUT! CALORIE DILEMA S.O.S.

So it's only 1:33pm and somehow I managed to eat through almost all of my daily allotted calories. FAIL. I am basically at 1000 calories for today and I am trying to stick between 1200 and 1300.

I've been on this diet for about 5 weeks with pretty good results but things have never looked so bleak this early in the day -- usually if I cheat it will be at night: drinking, ordering dessert, eating too much for dinner, etc... I'd like to be able to find a way to stay under 1300 calories but not go hungry before bedtime. Yesterday, I went over by 200 calories but went to the gym and made up for it. I guess I could do the same thing today -- but I already went for a run this morning and I don't want to wear down my body too much without resting.

Please help me out :(

what are some light dinners I could have?

how do I stay satisfied without eating???

what would YOU DO?

Thanks for the help guys!

p.s. the culprit for this dilema was actually a SALAD! unbelievable right? I had a Greek style chicken salad in the cafeteria and it was packed with olive oil, Tabbouleh, and CALORIES! [groooaaaan] The damn thing was nearly 600 calories and it didn't even fill me up!
