Well I have been trying to lose some weight for a while now.
I just want to lose 15 lbs that is all.  So how hard can that be right?  We all see it on The Biggest Loser all the time, they lose 15 lbs in the first week.

So what's my story?  I was always very thin thoughout highschool and college.  In fact sometime too thin in college.  I did not gain the normal 15.  In fact I lost weight on more then one occasion.  There is the time when I went to work at a camp and gaind 20 lbs while there and went from 110 lbs to 130lbs.  When I got back to college.  I ended up losing all of it plus some by the time I was done losing I was down to 105 lbs.  Try as I might I could not gain any weight back  I stayed steady at 105 lbs.  I have always felt my best at 120 lbs and have always found it hard to maintain that weight.  If I get to it I go below it and cannot get back up to it.

I got married to 2003 and once again did not gain the normal 15 lbs I was weighing in at 115.  I continued at this weight until I got pregnant with my first child in 2004.  While pregnant I went up to 150lbs.  I had a c-sec and by the time I was out of the hospital (in 4 days) I was down to 127 lbs.  Whithin two weeks after that I was down to 114 lbs.  No diet just eating what I always eat.  In 2006 I was pregnant with out second child this time I only went up to 140 lbs and had another c-sec.  However this time I only lost 10 lbs.

In 2009 we had a lot of changes in our lives on inclueded a move.  Durring this time I was trying to lose another 10 lbs to get me down to 120 lbs.  Instead durring our move and being without a refrigerator and having to eat out a lot because of it  I ended up gaining 10 lbs and went back up to 140lbs.  It was Nov when I dedcided to try and lose the weight I wanted to by the following year which would be a total of 20 lbs.  But to no avail.  I did lose 5 lbs but could not and still haven't gotten below 135 lbs.  We did have another move 6 months after the one mentioned before and we were without gas to cook with. However we didn't have to eat out as much due to the fact that I could use the microwave and I had a single electric burner.

I came across FitClick by accident and I am very hopeful that it will help me to lose the 15 lbs that I want to lose if I lose 20 lbs that will be fine as well.  I just want to lose that is all I want to feel healthy again and not be out of breath whenever I do the simplist of tasks.

I like the fact that the work out programs that they chose for me are different everyday and not the same day in and day out.  I also like the fact that we can change the programs as we go along.  I plan to stick with the one I have for 3 weeks and then take it up a notch being that I am starting out as a beginner.  I hope to reach the highest level by July and be down to the 120lbs that I feel the best at.

Good Luck to me and God Bless
