So I started this HCG diet after totally flushed my body from all food.  I had to have a colonoscopy which, in turn, cleans you OUT.  I have been on a liquid/creamy blend of foods for about a month.  I have severe diverticulosis throughout 2/3 of my colon and have been in life stopping pain.  I decided, I have had enough.  The doctor told me to lose weight and exercise.  Lovely jerk.  I continued to stay on the liquid diet so my colon could heal.  Very tender and raw.  Then I decided that, well,  since I can only eat/drink around 500 calories a day.   My stomach shrunk so much that it was tough to get it to 500 a day.  I remembered the HCG diet and how it attacks the old stored fat in the body.  You can only have 500 calories a day on that diet and, I was already there.  I felt that I could do this.  So I made the investment. ( I have seen what it does for the body, Several friends have gone on this diet and have seen amazing results.  Re-carves your body.  Those love handles, gone.  Amazing.
I noticed that the diet had mostly whole foods and meat.  I cut out the meat and drinked Isopure protein water, a whoping 40 grams of protein and only 160 calories, with extra vitamins and minerals.  I don't know if I will ever get the guts to try meat again.  I have been so afraid of food, even creamy.  So I am trying out new recipes and I am going to post the ones that actually taste good.  They may not look like they are yummy, but, believe me, I can't eat nasty food products.  So wish me luck, I weight 193, Monday, May 17, 2010 and today I weigh 177, not too shabby and the energy is unbelievable.  I am trying to reach a goal of 135, and maybe on down to 125.  I don't really care which, just as long as I make one of them.
