Today, the first day of the blog, my menu was this:

Morning
1 cup herbal tea with 1/2 tbsp lactaid milk and pinch of stevia (its strong)

Snack

1/ 4 cup of nutrient packed healthy juice.  ( make sure there is no added sugar)

Lunch
1 cup Creamy Veggie Blend
1 egg
2 egg whites    Poach eggs in veggie broth, it helps enhance flavor, along with cumin, oregano, sweet basil and thyme.

Dinner
1 Isopure Protein Water
1 cup creamy veggie blend

I make enough of the veggies to have at both lunch and dinner.
