120 days, day one down

Well I did a nice 12 minute work out last night and my breakfast was a bowl of fresh strawberrys and all natural watermelon juice. For Lunch today Im thinking of a fresh grilled chicken salad. YUM! My first day of cutting out soda went okay. Not great considering I didnt realize how much I loved my soda! But I only had 2 20 ounce bottles opposed to my usually 5 or 6. Ive tried drinking as much water and as much natural flavored juice as I can. Im really trying hard to get down to my goal. Im actually going to check my weight today as I forgot in the begining of this! I might do two work outs opposed to one, one before work and one after =D One day closer to my goal!
