Stressed

So I haven't lost any weight but kept from gaining the last week. Stress from school and dramatic people have kept me from being efficient and tracking right down to the last calorie and I think that is why I haven't lost any, need to work out more though because I may be losing some muscle and that is NOT good! Starting today as being accountable so getting right back on strict track... 3 weeks until the beach so I really need to kick it into gear so I can actually have pictures of me again.
