Hydration, Moderation, and Dedication

Well, the elliptical is still out of commission and I am having a difficult time finding a replacement bolt. That machine has been my "bestfriend" in the weight loss battle.
Also, I know that one of the other factors that is causing this "stall" in weight loss is that I am not drinking enough water. Most of the beverages I drink are calorie-free so I have not even been including them on my diet tracker, but I know that more pure water or flavored water would make a difference.
Finally, I have not been as diligent in my food choices, especially on the weekend. Tomorrow is my 38th birthday, so I treated myself at Cheddars and now my body will reap the consequences. Of course, my lunch at Cheddars was better, calorie and fat wise, than the BIG FREAKIN' BREAKFAST at "FAT"Donald's. If Fast Food restaurants had begun in Europe, I would think THEY were the anti-christ. Big Mac=Mark of the Beast!
Anyway, I have 22 more pounds to lose to reach my goal of 200 hundred pounds. I know how the formula to lose weight...I just have to rededicate myself to hydration and moderation!
