I went out on a walk with a friend of mine this evening. We walked four miles, it felt so great to have someone to talk to while we walked. It went by so much faster. I like walking at night. The air is nice and cool, I dont feel so much like Im over doing it. I push myself just as hard when it comes to how fast Im walking but It doesn't seem so stressful. I can enjoy it. Maybe if we get a big snow when winter comes around I can buy some cross country skis (WOOHOO!!!)
Im proud of my calorie intake today too. It was under my goal (maybe too under)but now I know Im capable of managing my food intake. It doesn't have to take over my day, consume my boredum. Im the boss gosh darn it!!!
