Still at it!

I've been working the long shift, which makes it very tough to keep track of things on line. I have been following along well with the workouts and the diet plan. I tend to eat better at work for the most part, because there are less temptations there. I cannot be in on meals because of the "no eating meat" thing, so that gets me off the hook for having dessert. I love dessert and always have it when I'm in on meals. The guys still offer because they are being nice guys... lol... but I'm better off saying no!
I pushed hard through my workout today. I am not impressed with the weights I am using, but I did work a 24 yesterday and I'm a little sleepy. I have lost a considerable amount of strength and need to build that back up, this is the workout to do it!
Time to get the dog's sutures out, hopefully that will mean more long walks with him soon enough... just a couple more weeks until he's able to go any distance!
