      Ok so Ive had no comp for a few days Im back now as far as d-tracker I used the old school note book w/ pen it just dosnt give me the calories and all that good stuff so in a bit will get all that posted along with the workout info
       had a challange from co workrs to were a L top and bottom uniform to work felt like needed one of those stomach controllers they sell on tv snug and felt like needed abit more length in the back on the top but everyone liked it said Looked good think nxt time will pick up one of those things befor I were that again not that I wont look for another L in a uniform
