DAY 20- I really didn't want my abs shredded today.

I still woke up feeling blah and tiered. I really didn't want to go see Jodi. I went. I guess I have more discipline than I thought. Today she had me do an ab shredding workout. I warmed up with jump roping and then I did only two exercises for the next 30 minutes.
She set up a row of different sized kettle bells about 8 inches apart. I had to do traverse push ups. I think that's what she called them. Anyway I had to post up on two bells and do a push up. Then move to the next bell while still posted basically in plank and do a push up. All the way down the line of bells. The small bells were the hardest since they are so wobbly. I never did make it all the way across with out falling.
After that I had to do 30 Russians with a 12 kg bell. then back the other way on the traverse pushups, back to the Russians,then the push ups...ect.
I did 6 sets in my half hour. My abs kill! I almost cried today. The push up thing is very frustrating. I kinda wanted to throw them! lol
I'm starting to feel better today. I think my blues are on their way out. I hope so. My re-test is this Sunday. I need to be strong mentally as well as physically.
