      Ok  so I took a month off  shoot me will start logging ina again tomarow
that is if there is no complaints I will admit did gain about 6 lbs  and thats
with halloween and thanks giving 
       few of the work pants have been felling tight across the front so also
need to get back into the gym and will log some time in with that hopfully
tomarow also
