Back on Track

Well, I am determined to do this and I don't plan to wait to the new year. That is just one more excuse. I started Jogging starting x-mass eve Dec 24 because I figured big meals, sweets and drinks are not gonna help me with my plan. I jogged a whole 3.5 miles and felt great... I am trying to jog at least 3-4 times a wk. I am also logging down everything I eat and is a great way to be aware of what you eat. I work in an office and tend to snak a lot. After I started doing this just this week I realize I put so much calories in my body without realizing it. I am starting to see every little thing adds and I am staying on track on the calorie intake as well as exercise. This is a gonna be a great summer. I wanna be healthy and at least get back to my pre-baby weight or better... I just want to be healthy and fit I am not aiming for a size 0 or 3 I'll be happy at 7.
