Ok, I just ordered an elliptical from HSN and P90X from QVC.  Putting together the elliptical is going to make me lose weight and turn gray...Ugg.  Anyhow, my eating has been better than normal.  Who ever advised Americans that dessert is a must, that the dinner is just a necessity?  I'm going to change that in my household.  Desserts are to be a treat and not a daily one.

Mentally, I'm realizing, as my cousin told me...losing weight is 90% mental and 10% work (exercise).  I am coming into a mental alignment with my spirit.  It's slow and easy and it's still a day by day, heck, most times minute by minute thing but I'm still on the path.

My balance, whew, well we will see once all this exercise equipment gets delivered.  I'm really going to incorporate 1/2 hour in the morning for one machine and 1/2 hour in the evening on another machine.  I think I will wait until I get that under my belt before I even attempt that P90x workout.  See, I think I'm getting this balance thing.  In the past, I would put unrealistic expectations to use them all at once and when my body would scream in pain to stop, I'd go and get a pint of Haaz en Daz and sit on the couch soothing my pain.

Also, I've prayed for strength and guidance to keep this up for at least 6 months and to exceed not only my weight lose goal, but more importantly to incorporate exercise and eating right into my life for life.

OK, back to my books, working on my advanced degrees.  My next big moves in life is marriage and a career advancement.

Peace & Blessings
