My Supplements Include:
1 Mens Daily Vitamin (Vitamins and Minerals need daily)
2 Aspirin (Good for heart health as well as pain)
3 L-Glutamine Pills (Helps with muscle recovery)
2 Osteo Bi-Flex Pills (Helps with joint health and cartilage recovery)
Pre-Workout
PMD Platinum Pump Fuel (Not recommended for everybody, but is a NO2 and creatine blend for preworkout fuel. The NO2 provides cardiovascular pumps and creatine as a muscle building agent that drives the necessary nutrients to the muscles)
Muscle-Tech Aplodan (This is in a pill form and is supposed to trigger dormant muscle fibers)
Post Workout
Isopure Whey Isolate Protein (Protein in a shake form. Protein is the key ingredient in muscle building)
Cell-Tech (Minimum dosage here since a lot of creatin intake came from the pump fuel, but is a creatine as well that helps with muscle growth)
Before Bed
Amplified Recovery Protein XR (a slow release protein for when i go to sleep, so this way my body is still being fed protein overnight)
Meal Replacement
Usually like to drink some type of protein shake throughout the day to maintain my daily protein intake. I like to try different things here including protein bars
