Wow. Yesterday was interesting. Just when you think your on the right track diet wise you eat 4000 calories before you know it. Note to self..don't eat hummus. My salad with hummus dressing was 1200 calories. That is just dumb. I did do my priming workout so Im good there, but I am really going to me conscious of what i put in my belly today.
Going out of town this weekend, so hopefully I will still get to do some activites, but we will see. Looking forward to Monday when the real deal workout starts.
