Day 8

Took two days off of activity. Felt horrible yesterday, and my knees were back to groaning. I was also dehydrated. Today I took charge and did my workout and hydrated. I feel like I accomplished something, and one more happy face for my calendar.
Today was the best work out to date. I got to 20 minutes, by doing intervals, on the elliptical. It helped the boredom, counting the minutes. I'd do one minute fast, one minute recovery. I like the 20 minute mark, and I might stay there until I'm doing the whole thing intense. I might do my next workout as 1:30 intense, 1 minute recover and see how that goes.
My jeans don't fit any better yet.
I guess it's not all about that, but really...it is.
However, i feel GREAT about today. Go me!
