Day Sixteen

Today is a day about dreams. Some dreams are bigger than others, but it's a great day to re-realize what we want in our life and re-commit. So, I'm trying really hard today.
Yesterday, and the day before was not so good. I've ate whatever I've wanted to. Good news though; I have worked out 6 out of the seven days last week. I'm feeling a little energy boost, too :) Still jogging in front of the TV...but, for an hour now. My goal is to hop on the treadmill and begin training for a 5k, and to swim...regularly.
So I have bought the SlimFast. Shakes and Meal bars, and I've got Lean Cuisine...so I'm not sure how I'm going to work all that in. I'll figure it out.
I feel re-committed to my dream; now I just have to go back to work :(
