Well its Friday, and very happy for that.  I have been jogging and doing some strengh exercises on a daily bases.  I get this feeling of anticipation when I am at work for my day to end, go home, put on some confy clothes and shoes and have some me time.  Its great to just be out there with my dog Cisco.  I am just a little frustrated that I don't see the scale move much.  I work out so hard, at least I think I do but do not see the pounds coming off.  I have noticed my legs a bit more trimed and butt too though it kind it looks higher which makes it seem bigger but anyway I guess thats not too bad, by husband likes it.  I am just trying to loose mosthly the weight in my legs and stomach.  I have a 32" waist and 43"Hips wich makes me look pretty wide.  I just want to be proportioned and trimed.  I have never been able to wear nice shorts or dresses because i get too self concious about my legs.  I wish they were slim and trim but in order to achieve that I have to work out my whole body.  Too bad I just cant pick were to take the weight off and shift it around to were I would like it.  LOL..
