Holding Strong

Okay so I STILL haven't started exercising but part of me thinks that it's not such a bad thing. In the past when I've started a new diet or exercise plan it was like they were linked together. If I failed on one I gave up on the other. I've already lost seven pounds in two and a half weeks by just counting calories. I still eat normal foods, I'm just more aware of the bad foods and how much of them I eat. I haven't missed a day of updating my fit click calorie counter and I love it. Here's hoping I can keep this up, wish me luck!!
