Kay, so counting days for titles won't work if i don't post every day. Fine. I"m feeling very discouraged, even though I've been doing really ok on my workouts. I don't THINK I'm eating anymore than usual, but my scale isn't budging, and today I feel soooo fat and bloated. Not much of a motivation to continue working out. But. I have to remember that my KNEES DON"T HURT right now. Sure I'm stiff from shoveling snow this morning, but it's a good stiff. My knees don't click when I go up and down the stairs. That's GOTTA be a good thing. I also do feel more energetic, and less like "god I have to take a nap RIGHT NOW". Also good. I went off water, so that could be contributing to my bloating. I dont know why, I think it's because I bought root beer, and i LOVE root beer! I also drank wine on Saturday night, and I hardly ever drink anymore. Maybe retaining water. Back to water tomorrow girl. That scale, these jeans, are very discouraging though. *sigh* It's so hard to keep it up after the rah rah good job you did a workout bit, and then seeing NO tangible results. One cute side benefit is the kids talk more about exercise now, and the younger likes to join me in stretching and abs. I love that this is a good example for them. I just have to NOT kick myself about the scale and how i look in front of them. This is about being HEALTHY, not about being skinny...... Kinda.
