Such a nice change from the "Parts of you will freeze and fall off" cold of the past three weeks, it was hovering around 0C today. Went out with kid and shovelled. Was fun, alot more fun than the elliptical! My back was aching at the time, but I'm ok right now. Sore throat and feeling run down tonight before bed, I hope this isn't a sign of things to come. It was soooo nice to get a motivating comment on a blog post yesterday. It's funny what the words of a stranger will do when you need them most. Today I'm feeling less bloaty and fat, and I'm avoiding the dreaded scale. Got back on the water-wagon a bit. Room for improvement, its so dry in this city. I sure am going to miss the snow as a convenient twofer exercise (meaning exercise AND a chore). Maybe I'll pick up aerobic bed making, or interval vaccuum cleaning....
