3rd week mark

tomorrow is the end of my 3rd week mark and i will be weighing in. i dont expect much weight loss nor do i want that--my aim has been to replace fat weight with muscle weight. As a matter of fact, im hoping to increase my weight by about 5 pounds (which im guessing is replacing another 5 pounds of fat with 10pounds of muscle). I think i would be satisfied to be down to about 15% body fat and a weight of 210. I use to weigh 210--215 but it was about 20-25 pounds of fat which was not flattering. I can tell since that time that my frame is leaner because i fit nicely into just a size large tshirt, whereas before i used an xtra large size to feel comfortable. I now hope to fill out my thighs and even my glut size so pants dont fall off--i have that kind of body where im top heavy and then a small ass and stick legs.
