February is over!!  Over all it was good, started swimming and using the bike and eliptical with weekly increased time.  I enjoy the swimming.  My overall weight did drop consistantly during working out and swimming.  But the last week I could not workout as I was not feeling well.  So the result was a 1lb gain over the month.

March goals - Swim (3x week), start treadmill work (if Dr. ok'd - Dr. appt on March1) continue with bike (2x week - increased level to 7 - starting with 15 minutes) also continue with eliptical (2x week - stay at level 2 - starting with 15 minutes/week) increase bike /eliptical 5 minutes each week for the month.

The good thing is that I administer a "friends helping friends get fit" group and get support from friends also working out and getting fit!
